Many solutions today offer you just the tools you need to monitor, manage and maintain your media results and reporting by yourself (DIY). Our DFY (Done-for-You) service means we do it for you, by offering you turnkey results that deliver your reports, media clips and analyses when you need them. This frees up your time to concentrate on your other responsibilities while we focus on your media monitoring.
Since most recorded content is permanently archived, you typically have more than 30 days to request content.
While subscription services offer economic benefits, we are happy to fulfill any ad hoc, project-based and unforeseen urgent need on demand.
Self-edited video clips are downloadable in real-time. Custom-edited clips, which require human editing, are generally available within an hour of placing your order. With rush service, your clip can be available within 15 – 30 minutes.
Auto-filtered results are an economic choice because little human intervention is required. Auto-filtered search results are sorted using Boolean search criteria to arrive at good filtered results. Human-filtered results are very good — close to 100 percent accurate — due to the precise human analysis of results against the required search criteria.
While most services claim to have HD quality, in reality they may have only HD resolution with a lower-than-acceptable bitrate. The bitrate is just as important as the resolution in maintaining HD quality. Most TV stations and cable channels transmit at a bitrate of 8 to 20 Mbps (megabits per second). We maintain as much of that bitrate as possible when delivering your clips. Most other services will further compress their HD recordings to a fraction of the transmitted bitrate. We see rates of 0.8 to 2.0 Mbps. The difference is noticeable when playing video on a large-screen TV. These screenshots demonstrate the difference in quality.
